Dill Ranch Chicken Wrap

 Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mixed greens (e.g., lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:

For the Dill Ranch Dressing:

  1. Prepare the Dressing:

    • In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, fresh dill, fresh parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
    • Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
