 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and chilled jasmine rice (day-old rice works best)
  • 8-10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions:
