  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

For the Caesar Dressing:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour about half of the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss to coat evenly. You can add more dressing if desired.

  5. Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the salad and toss again.

  6. Arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the Caesar salad.
