 Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (about 2 cups) penne pasta or your favorite pasta shape
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz smoked sausage or Andouille sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to your preferred spice level)

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

Instructions:
