Pesto Pasta with Chicken

 Ingredients:

For the Basil Pesto:

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Basil Pesto:

  • In a food processor, combine the fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts or walnuts, and peeled garlic cloves.
